Busy summer

It has been a busy and fun summer. The fun
part was spending 5 weeks with our children
and grandsons. We spent several weeks in Utah
and enjoyed having our family with us in North
Idaho for a couple of weeks.

Here's Lincoln asleep in grandpa's arms.


Easton entertained us a lot with his smiles,
giggles and learning about the world around
him (including his toes).


Jake and Richelle spent a busy week helping us
on the house. Both Easton and Lincoln don't
seem to mind power tools at all (totally boys!).

Jake and Richelle also helped get the siding started.
They helped with the gas line in the house as well.
They worked hard and didn't have as much time
for fun while they were here as we would have liked.
But we really appreciate both their help and Karl and
Christi's help this summer.


Lincoln liked sleeping in his mom and dad's bed
while they worked. And of course, when he was
awake, he was full of smiles and "talked" to us
constantly. We thoroughly enjoy being grandparents
and loved every minute we got to spend with our
grandsons this summer!! We miss them so much!
