Making Progress?

We applied for our building permit this week. It should take about 3 weeks. The question is--will they approve our plans or not? If not, we make the necessary revisions and resubmit (which will take another 3+ weeks). If they approve our plans (which would be a miracle) we will be ready to start building. We can only hope!!
